​The Trust Ownership and Company Board of Directors have approved and officially completed the transaction closure of company assets of Aqua Pool Dealer, Inc. As part of the transaction all open service accounts have been transferred to its agreement holders and all existing construction agreements have been transferred. Aqua Pool Dealer, Inc will retain the name of “Aqua Pool Dealer” and likeness, in addition to the company website, business operational system policies & procedure manual, and marketing efforts for other purposes.
